Great gym. I love the no nonsense approach - just pay as you go - either monthly or per use. It's never too busy and there are all the machines and weights you could need to workout. Nothing is particularly 'state of the art' and the place could do with some TLC. But if you just want to lift some heavy stuff without an expensive contract - this place fits the bill.

Really cool old school gym. They have the proper dumbbells and some nice rare equipment that you don't see in the commercial gyms. Oh and you can't beat £5 for a day pass ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me 👍

My 6 year old boy went here today for first time boxing training with me and he loved it instructor was spot on Gave us a good work out and teached us some boxing too very polite will definitely be taking him back again 👍

Pretty good gym. Has an old school vibe to it. Contractless monthly payments work very well. Only downside is that the equipment is rather old, could use some replacement. But overall really good!

The most friendly and welcoming staff and owners the highlight of my day . Helped me out many times on a personal level . Old school gym no nonsense. All you need. Family friendly child friendly. Couldn’t ask for more.
