This used to be my favorite place to wash my car, but they’ve made some changes, including significantly increasing the prices on their automatic wash. Now their top-tier wash is $21, which is nuts. Additionally, on the manual car wash, they changed it so that you have to manually stop the car wash; Otherwise it will charge your card up until $15. I have driven into the bay several times and found the time still going from the previous user.
I tried this wash several years ago. The change machine was inoperable and I was unable to wash my car during daytime hours. I heard they upgraded to card readers. I took my credit card to wash my motorcycle before a ride a few weeks ago. It has a counter that indicates price. I turned it off at 3.43$ I got home and was charged over 13.$ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DRIVE PAST THIS BUSINESS They literally stole over 10$ from me. I cannot recommend any business playing perk a boo with price. Business ethics require ethics to be self aware and self regulating. I do not patronize any business that cannot get basic fundemantals of transaction etiquette right. They will not want to read hard truths but they are the truths none the less. Dont take my word for it. Its open everyday likely doing the same to most customers. I'd rather pay 12$ for a hand wash by a real car wash shop than pay over 13 to do it myself?! This isnt hard to correct but will require less greed...in America we all know already how business is entitled. Stay frosty out there 0 stars Do Not Recommend
Use Caution On Old Wheels I recently took my classic 1999 Subaru Legacy (2.5GT Limited Anniversary Edition) to this manual car wash. I appreciated the convenience of being able to pay with a credit card—definitely a plus. However, I’d strongly caution against using the wheel/tire cleaner setting. While I understand my car is older and the factory clear coat on the wheels may not be what it once was, the chemicals used in that setting were extremely harsh. Unfortunately, the wheel cleaner actually dissolved the factory gold paint on my original wheels and caused it to bleed and streak across the rim (see photo). It was disappointing to see that kind of damage happen from a basic wash. If you care about preserving your wheel finish—especially on older or OEM-painted wheels—I’d skip the wheel/tire cleaner entirely. Stick to the rinse and soap options, which seemed safe enough.
Great new car wash with 11 ft 6 inch self-serve bays. Drive-thru as well.
I'm not comfortable washing my car here. This is not a great area of town and getting worse. On my last visit there was a car that was being parted out, and way too many people hanging out you feel safe. Please fix this so Spokanites have a good place to wash!!
