If they don’t have a provider in the building, they won’t acknowledge you or let you wait inside- even if it’s the day after the snow storm and 20 degrees outside they won’t let you in but they’ll peak at you around the corner/down the hall. If you ask for ETA on staff arrival, they’ll give vague, indirect response instead of clearly stating “I am unsure when they will get here” or “it should be x amount of time, assuming there are no further delays.” 1 star is for poor customer service/consideration. I ended up leaving at 8:20. Please do better!
Brst urgent care I have ever been to. Fast intake, short wait (at 930am thursday) all staff are professional and friendly, caring. Oir NP, Megan, was superb, listened and explained everything clearly.
I went and receive antibiotics for 7 days. I asked for more because I still wasn’t better. They told me that I was creating a super bacteria to continue taking them. No I am creating one by STOPPING medication before I’m well. Don’t go here. Update: I ended up in the HOSPITAL. Yes the hospital and now I’m taking incredibly strong antibiotics that have an additional chemical to fight ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANT BACTERIA. Why am I taking these? Because they stopped the meds then told me I was wrong. At the hospital, not one but, two doctors told me what they did was dangerous. Patients know their own bodies and you guys need to listen or you will hurt another person.
Solid visit. It is an urgent care so either go first thing in the morning or expect a wait. Went in for an issue with my son. Got there at 0745 and they opened at 0800. We were the first folks, but by 0815 there were 4-5 other parties there. Went into the exam room at 0830 and were out by 0900 with the needed prescription. The NP (sorry, forgot her name) listened to me and answered my questions. I felt heard. Overall, solid experience with the front desk, the MA, and the NP. I would return again. I think a lot of friction is in wait time - so if you want to eliminate your "perceived wait" I would go to their website and Reserve a time versus walk-in. Walk-in, well, may the odds be in your favor for a quick visit, but you will likely be here for a couple hours.
The nurse practitioners here are outstanding. They listen attentively, take the time to fully understand your concerns, and provide thoughtful, compassionate care. I came here after my primary care brushed off my symptoms per usual, and was pleasantly surprised when I was met with empathy and genuine concern. You are treated as an individual, not a number. I am finally on the mend, thanks to the hard work of these ladies here. I am sincerely grateful for this practice and the much needed support they provide this island!

Comprehensive urgent care with a focus on patient-centered treatment and timely service.
