Great place to bathe your dog; however, i did not have a great experience this past Friday. I made it there at 7:17pm with 2 small dogs and 3 pairs of hands to bathe them. I was offered one sink instead of 2. I was harassed by the girl in charge from 7:45pm-8pm letting me know i needed to be gone by 8pm. I left the place with my second puppy half-bathed. By reading prior comments, I know it is not the employee’s fault that she was rude but the business’s practice when it comes to closing time. I think management owe to review their cut off time to an hour prior to closing to avoid unpleasant experiences. I hope the business is successful; however, improve to give customers a better experience instead of repelling them from ever coming again. See this as constructive criticism! Thank you.

Nice place with friendly staff. Helpful. Everything you may need. Update: We visited again yesterday with both dogs. This was our 4th return. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. We are from NM and travel thru Dallas routinely. This is one of the nicest places of its kind. We appreciate them. Thanks!

My huskies enjoyed the bath not so sure about Nova she kept complaining and howling!! Highly recommend and Charisma is the very best. She helped greatly this was our first time here!! Love this spot for our babies

Love this place. I’ve always washed and groomed my boy Pancho myself. Now living in an apartment without the space needed, I looked around for a groomer and they were extremely pricey. Found Bruno’s and because I enjoy grooming Pancho myself, I thought I’d give it a shot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, wait time was very short, prices are very fair, and each station has literally everything you need convenient and handy. Pancho never enjoys this activity but walked away fluffy, clean, shiny, with a smile and complimentary bandana for Good Boys. Definitely coming here again.
