Great place of meditation. 2 sessions plus a short walking meditation and sometimes a speaker or short reading. If you like less talk and more silent meditation then this is wonderful. If you are new to meditation just arrive a bit early and everyone here is so warm and kind they would be more than happy to help and give some instructions. A welcoming, supportive, relaxed environment for Buddhists and others. The meditations on Wednesday evenings are wonderful for beginners as well as for the experienced.
