Even though it was my friends and I first time doing airsoft, the staff were very nice and answered all the questions everyone had. Also addressed the rules very clearly and made sure everyone knew what was going on. Overall, was a great experience, will definitely come again.👍

Went for my nephews 14th Birthday party. It was not managed well at all, my sister was doing pretty much all of the work with the party host coming in once in awhile to check on party. Some of the games didn't work which was very disappointing for the children, the drinks they gave with the pizza was flat, and parents who ordered food were waiting over an hour to get cold food. My sister will never have a party here again. Should work on hiring more staff if your going to continue hosting parties, and train your staff how to properly host a birthday party.

I see a similar review so they have the same issue but I played airsoft at 6pm on 1/24/26 and there was a player in all black named Tyler who broke multiple rules including: not calling hits, overshooting, shooting players with their hands very distinctly raised, saying unsportsmanlike things to players when they are shot back, and SHOVING OTHER PLAYERS MULTIPLE DIFFERENT TIMES during a “push”. Management was informed multiples of times and it was never addressed and the player was never disciplined. I love this sport, I go to BBG nearly every weekend and it makes me very upset to see this kind of toxic behavior get ignored by staff.

I've been coming to this place on and off for about ten years, from when they first opened as a dinky little joint. Always had a great time here but this time it seems like they let the place go. Leaky roof, a LOT of games didn't even work, a lot of the ones that did didn't work properly. Played some darts and got 3 lousy darts. Bartender was very good. Not sure what's going on but I hope they can turn this place around it's a great spot for the community, little bit of everything.

When I say don't judge a book by its cover...this place doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you walk in its a really nice place. They have an arcade, which can use a little more games. We ordered some food and played some arcade games before laser tag session. All the food we ordered was really good. Only thing is there is no free refills for drinks you have to pay an additional dollar. We ordered our tickets online and signed the waivers ahead of time to avoid the wait. The laser tag here is 10 times better than Lasertron. We all had a blast. It was also a good workout the sessions are 1 hour long with about 5 to 10 minutes of instruction time. Lastly the drinks at the bar are not that bad. Cheaper than other places. Will definitely return soon.
