My husband and I went into Ashley today to shop for a mattress and they were great! We didn’t really know what kind of mattress we were looking for, and our salesman Philip Maresca was wonderful in helping us figure that out! He was super patient and spent a lot of time showing us different options within our budget. He was transparent and open with us, and we left feeling confident in our purchase. This is our third purchase from Ashley in the last 5 years and it won’t be our last. We have always had a great experience!

We sadly have had a very poor experience with our furniture purchase at Ashley. It started out with our first delivery, the sectional arrived defective. The connectors were not attached evenly so the couch did not live up properly. Customer service was not a good experience. I called and was told someone would come out and repair it. I didn’t like getting a repair on a brand new couch but that was all they offered me. Then, no one called in weeks. We were in the middle of renovations and I was very busy with many other projects. Finally I called again and spoke with someone who cared and took over saying I would get a new couch, no repair. I was glad. That couch arrived with a tear in it and the delivery guys came to my door saying there was a problem. The tear took place in the warehouse and they tried to cover it up and stick something over it. Terrible!!! I had to refuse delivery (again) and was told since it was Christmas I would not be promised a quick delivery. The third couch arrived today, 6 days before Christmas which was good. Unbelievable but this one has a defect in the corner top part if the large sofa part of the sectional. Meaning the material was missing showing the wood in the front corner!! I have not once received a call from anyone to follow up or even apologize. Very upsetting. We have bought much furniture here for years, I’m now most likely going to shop elsewhere. Salespeople are nice but when a problem arispes, the customer service and service department not so much. Be very careful of the quality here. This picture is the second couch with a tear and you can see someone tried to cover it up with something instead of acknowledging it happened. It was sent out to me like that. :(

I had been to several places today, When I arrived at Ashley's I was exhausted, as soon as I entered at the front desk was a gentleman name Cameron Ford. Who welcomed me in, He took his time with me. I was in search of recliner for comfort. He took his time walked through the store with me engaged in conversation. The sale went so smooth. Thanks to Cameron, I will be returning to purchase other items as long as he is my sales guy. He found me just what I needed and wanted 🥰 I have to say my experience today at Ashley's was amazing. Chris P. was an excellent salesman. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly and listened to what I needed. He was very professional and made sure I got the best deal possible. My delivery was weeks early which was a pleasant surprise! I will absolutely shop at Ashley furniture in the future and I highly recommend to others.

Out of all of the furniture stores that I myself ventured to or my Daughter and Son in law and I have been to within this week, which included Lake Effect Cheektowaga Store on Union Road, Raymour and Flanagans Cheektowaga on Walden Avenue, Raymour & Flanagans at the Eastern Hills Mall and Bob's Discount on Niagara Falls Boulevard and last but not least, Ashley Furniture on Alberta Drive, I found that Ashley's scored the Best in Prices, the Best in Customer Service, and Even the Best with Discounts and working things out so they work for the Customer. Both Raymour & Flanagans and Lake Effect basically gave no discounts when asked. Lake Effect simply said that their prices were already discounted (which they certainly were not) and Raymour & Flanagans would only give a small discount on a very limited selection which had to be a certain color tag. When I went into Ashley's on Alberta Drive in Amherst, I noticed that quite a few of the sectional couches that I like had 1/2 way decent prices on them. These were there regular prices which beat the other stores "so called discounted prices" I had a Newer Sales Employee come to help me by the name of Collin, he took his time, showed me what I told him I was looking for, yet gave me the space I needed to think things over. After looking at the sectional couches and prices from the other stores which I had all saved on my phone, and comparing them to what was here at Ashley's and their pricing, I picked my Favorite out of them all. Collin and Burt Fatta (the Assistant General Manager) helped me to get the Best Financing that was Available for Me, and gave me a Great Discount that fit my Budget. So I got the Sectional Couch I wanted, with a Fantastic Discount off of the already Fair Price, and Terrific Financing. Burt Fatta was absolutely 100% Fantastic at Customer Service and doing what ever he could to make Me Happy with a Successful Sale. Thank You Burt and Collin.
