I’ve been training with Nate at Studio Fitness since the beginning of the year and honestly can’t recommend him (and the whole team) enough. Nate is super attentive, really takes the time to understand where you’re at, and always knows how to push you in a way that feels challenging but still fun and achievable. The workouts are great and I’ve definitely seen progress since starting. The studio itself has such a welcoming, positive energy - everyone on the team is friendly and supportive. The dogs are a very cute bonus 🐶🤭

I’ve been training with him for a while now, and the results have been incredible. I’ve lost weight, but more importantly I’ve lost inches, feel stronger, and look more toned. He’s not only a great trainer but also a genuinely great guy—I consider him a friend. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for real results and a trainer who truly cares.

Went for the Tuesday yoga session, Flow & restore with Ingie. Loved this class, I’m a gym bro and I stretch on the regular, and I still learned more from Ingie about both stretching and how to strengthen my left 90/90 lift which was surprisingly weaker than my right, well no surprise. The surprise was how the class flowed, 40 mins passed before I looked at the time, only to realise the setting is where I feel most comfortable on the floor of a gym. At the end the students were in a good state, fully relaxed.

My husband and I started doing full-body strength training every Monday, and we’re honestly so happy we found Ahmet. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always paying attention. He corrects our form when needed and creates such a positive, supportive vibe that makes the sessions really enjoyable. What I appreciate the most is how much he helped me with my technique. With other trainers, I used to get a lot of neck strain that would turn into headaches, but since training with Ahmet, that’s barely an issue anymore. He really cares about doing exercises properly and safely, and you can tell he wants his clients to feel good, not just push through. We actually look forward to our Monday workouts now. Highly recommend Ahmet — he’s an amazing trainer and a great human.

Nate is fantastic; supportive & motivating, he creates tailored workouts that are challenging and fun! He’s helping me stay focused on my goals & I’m already feeling stronger. It’s clear how dedicated the team are to their clients and how much their clients love being here! They have made this small but mighty gym a safe space for anyone looking to start personal training. Studio Fitness is such a gem, especially because of Clem. She’s an amazing trainer who will absolutely work you to the bone, but somehow in the best, most motivating way possible. She’s hilarious, super dedicated, and always makes sure you’re making real progress while doing everything the right way.
