4 stars due to the fact that they sold us 9am tickets, but didn’t open until 10am. When we eventually got in, it seemed that those with 10am tickets were prioritised and when we asked a member of staff, she said “she said that the staff didn’t realise they were supposed to open at 9am” Apart from that, each time we have visited the attraction has changed, for the better, giving us a bit more each and every time. We would have liked more of a factory tour as apart from the personalised gifts you don’t see much of the manufacturing process apart from some in the video. No instructions are given at the chocolate desks either so we were just pushing the chocolate around hoping for the best. We booked this on an offer and paid around £56 for two adults and two children, which we feel is about right.

Great day out with the kids. We had done it all within 2.5 hours, so not a full day, but that was plenty for us. We were given 3 bars of chocolate each on arrival and a taster cup half way around. It was educational. Exciting and fun. We really enjoyed the interactive areas including the 4D cinema, the outdoor play areas, and the shooter ride. The staff were friendly and the gift shop had good prices and bulk deals. We met 2 character mascots on our way around too. Lots of photo opportunities too. Very clean throughout. Cafe and food hut a little over priced, as expected at these attractions.

Took the family here and we all had a great time. There’s plenty to do - way more interactive than I expected, not just looking at displays behind glass. The kids learned quite a bit about chocolate making (and got to eat plenty of samples, which didn’t hurt). Staff were really friendly throughout, which made the whole experience better. Parking was easy - plenty of spaces available. There’s a decent outdoor play area too where you can sit down with some food and a drink while the kids burn off energy. Definitely better value than a lot of other family attractions we’ve tried. Would recommend if you’re looking for something that keeps everyone entertained without breaking the bank.

We visited Cadbury World for the first time as tourists and had the best experience! We went on a weekday, so there was no waiting at all The experience was incredibly informative, covering the fascinating history of chocolate, from how the Spanish discovered cocoa through the Maya civilisation, right through to how the Cadbury factory was built in Bournville. It was engaging and well presented for both adults and children. The ride was fun and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed it. A very special thank you to Jay, who truly made our visit unforgettable. We ordered two custom-made chocolate slabs to take home, and Jay enthusiastically reminded us to film the process and even advised the staff for the best angle while they decorated the chocolate. He also kindly let us film a video for the chocolate we bought for my daughter’s best friend, as well as a video of my daughter herself with his perfect commentary! These videos will become such precious memories for both girls, Jay is absolutely our employee of the day! All the other staff were equally wonderful. The lady behind the chocolate toppings, along with everyone else we encountered, was enthusiastic, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They all contributed to making our visit a truly delightful chocolate-filled experience. Thank you so much to the amazing team at Cadbury World! we will remember this visit fondly! 🍫✨
