On a very busy Saturday night we were running late because of the busy Frankie and benny’s across the road. I asked if we could push our booking back 30 minutes. Charlotte went out of her way to change the whole diary to accommodate us when others probably would have just said no. A real credit to her team, delivering wonderful service. Thank you!

Usually fairly quiet on a weekday. Range of arcade machines. Toilets and food available. Lots of free parking. A cinema and a ‘Frankie and Benny’s’ restaurant within walking distance.

We had our birthday party for the little one , here. We had 2 lanes for play and we also booked the vip corner. The lanes are well kept and clean, also , the seating area was clean and tidy. For our party, we were helped by 2 young ladies , Charlotte and Millie( i hope I remembered correctly) . They were very helpful and friendly. The party was well organised by them and It really us parents. Highly recommend!

Good bowling experience but a few issues that I need to bring to attention. Our bowling station when we arrived another family was just leaving and they left the table and the seats in a mess, used plates, snack and glass around, it took almost 15mins for someone to clean up. We ordered banana milkshakes @£4 each, the worst milkshake I have ever had, I was extremely disappointed. There was also a security lapse as one of the guys started a fight, considering this as a family venue, security wasn’t tight enough, the culprit went in to break one of the doors and there was blood all over, police came but this experience made it very uncomfortable

I love the penny falls machines the 2 P ones I always have fun doing them. The food is nice but you don't get much for what you pay, and there should be a couple healthy options. My big issue is the claw machine in the arcade. I spent £10 trying to get a cat teddy for my daughter and every time that the claw actually picked it up it dropped it right before we won it, it felt rigged for sure. It was not strong enough to support the weight of any of the teddies and didn't have a firm enough grip at all. My 4 year old daughter was getting very upset so we tried to explain it to a member of staff and even offered to pay to just have the toy. She was sympathetic but said there's nothing she can do. So it was very disappointing. We came back a few days later and spent £20 on the claw machine to try to win the cat teddy that my daughter really wants. Even when the positioning and angle was perfect the claw just didn't grip strong enough and was too light to hold the weight of any teddy. I have looked into this matter and establishments can control the grip of the claw to make it more fair for players. The claw machine is extremely unfair It was never going to be able to deliver that cat teddy for my daughter because it is rigged against the player and doesn't grip the toy properly the toy slips out every time and even when it does pick it up it's not strong enough to hold it it just drops it it was infuriating. Is there anything that can be done my daughter is very upset and I am as I wasted £30.
