My car had damage to the corner of the rear bumper and the quarter panel(?). Everyone at check-in was pleasant and helpful. The work was done promptly (ahead of schedule!) and well. The insurance company sent me to them, but I’d go back on my own if I needed a body shop.

My car was hit in a parking garage and from start to finish Caliber made an otherwise inconvenient experience incredibly easy. Makayla was thoughtful, clear and paid close attention to detail. I appreciated the consistent communication about where my vehicle was in the repair process. I will absolutely use Caliber in the future and will recommend to friends and neighbors!

Caliber has been absolutely incredible to me in the past several months. Back in March, my car was hit in a hit-and-run while parked outside my house and they repaired everything quickly and accurately, down to the pinstriping and logo decal. At the end of May, my car was hit AGAIN in a hit-and-run, but we got a plate this time. We went through the responsible party's insurance and needless to say they were a nightmare. My repairs were once again completed on time, but we were getting the roundabout from insurance trying to get them to pay for some small additional repairs. For two weeks, Kevin at Caliber was calling them nearly every day trying to figure out why it was taking so long for them to even look at the estimate. Thankfully, after our pestering, the payment went through and I could finally retrieve my perfectly repaired car. Needless to say, I couldn't recommend Caliber enough. They're a big chain that works with you like a small local shop. I hope I won't have to deal with any more hit-and-runs in the near future, but if I do, I'm going to Caliber.

Amazing service. Bonnie was lovely and made the process very clear, Kevin was my service advisor and kept me up to date. Work was done beautifully, and the car was ready earlier than expected. Great service from Caliber, highly recommended!

Before and after: this is outstanding. This looks fresh off the showroom lot, fantastic job!!! I told Joe and I meant it, this looks better than when I initially purchased the vehicle! Joe, Bonnie, and Harrison were so patient and helpful, with Joe walking me through everything step by step and providing almost daily updates, while Harrison insisted on covering my rental expenses as well! And the repair team did such excellent work! It truly was a pleasure and I'll be certain to return for any future needs! Thank you so much! There aren't enough stars to rate this CALIBER of quality!
