Ms. Rhe was amazing, from the moment she called me to confirm my appointment to the time I went to pick it up. She is super friendly, funny, and informative. A much needed positive light for a negative situation. I very much enjoyed my time, trusted that my car was getting the best care, and I was not getting the shitty end of the stick. I would definitely bring my car back to this location especially if I get to interact with such a positive, funny, nice, employee.

I’ve gone to this NTB location twice recently, once for a planned appointment and again today for a surprise issue. Each time I had great experiences with Mike and Rhee, who were both communicative and kind, and super helpful. They got me in and out in record time today, despite being super busy and having to order in 2 parts to complete the job.

Mike was so helpful and understanding. As someone that doesn't know much about cars I tend to get nervous going to get work done and getting scammed. But Mike educated me and was very kind when I would ask questions. He gave me an amazing deal. So grateful, could not recommend him enough.

I had a terrific experience. All the employees were super nice especially the manager, Mike. I’m a college student and came in just to get my tires fixed. They explained everything clearly, gave me all the info I needed, and made sure I understood what was going on. The service was quick, friendly, and honest, which I really appreciated.
