Could not recommend enough! Booked on my third one last night - I’ve attended the Yass retreat and Murrah, both special places in their own ways (both catered with nourishing delicious food) though what is truly incredible is how much you learn from Kendra - her knowledge and wisdom is extraordinary which she shares with generosity and kindness. Truly an all encompassing peaceful experience going on Kendra’s retreats, with added bonus of additional takeaways to practice when you get back to busy lives. Highly recommend you book, you simply won’t regret it!
Kendra creates a beautiful, welcoming and sensitive retreat experience. The sessions throughout the day are open to come and go as you see fit. The catering was absolutely superb. A wonderful environment to relax and find some clearing.
This was my first yoga retreat and I really enjoyed it thoroughly from start to finish - and wanted it to extend on slightly longer than a weekend. Kendra was so welcoming and there were options to be busy with activities - as well as take it slower and your own pace. Kendra's trauma informed yoga is slow and meditative, fully relaxing and you feel so enriched. I enjoyed the food at all meals - and it was amazing not having to cook. Vegetarian meals tasted so delicious with sauces, salads, desserts and lots of food to eat and feel satisfied! Thanks Kendra for a great yoga retreat -> wintering up and being grounded in Yass!
