So I took the leap, and have never looked back! Her technique and application creates beautiful, soft, natural looks that I've truly never seen on anyone else. I don't know how she does it - but she never misses!! I feel so lucky to have found her after being recommended to her by a friend. But now I've met total strangers in DC who say "I go to Leslie at Capital Waxing"- she is truly the city's best kept secret (but not for long!)
