I've gone to catalyst locations for over 4 years. The main reason I was hanging on was for the ultimate pass so that I could bring my girlfriend, or one of my friends, when I needed a workout partner. They switched their policy so there's no guest plan for my location and guest passes are $20 a visit. $40 a month to access a "warrior room" that is inconveniently located. $50 to cancel my membership even though it's their change to policy that is driving me away. There's better gyms for the same price, if not cheaper, with a better environment and policies. Incredibly disappointed this is how my time with catalyst has come to an end.

Solid gym with good high end equipment. Had two complaints about overcrowding and it being too hot and stuffy but the owner not only took action to fix both issues but also personally reached out as well. Very impressed. Some equipment is a bit run down but overall it's a great gym for the price. Can still be busy on weekdays.

Use to be great but has gone down hill. The staff was awesome now its mediocre at best . the equipment is still decent and now they have taken away where you can bring a guest like most other gyms and use the excuse of over crowding however the crowding is the same. I don't mind the change in guest pass but to keep the prices still the same is lack of care for your customers. I truly hope things change as the talk and atmosphere in the gym is showing otherwise. The gym has great potential to be the best in buffalo and i hope it returns to what it was.

I don’t have any complaints about Catalyst Fitness — it’s an amazing gym, always clean and well-equipped. The only issue I’ve noticed is how loud some people can get. I was trying to focus on my workout while a few lifters were literally yelling and screaming at each other across the gym, and this has happened multiple times. I understand this is more of a personal behavior issue and not something the company can fully control, but I really believe there should be clearer signs reminding members not to yell or make excessive noise. A little bit of awareness and respect for others would make the environment much better for everyone.

Very nice facilities here. I stopped in while working in the area, and will definitely return in the future based on the professional and kind front desk staff, the plethora of equipment, and general cleanliness of the gym. I was here on a weekday from 1pm til 3pm and although it was far from empty, it wasn't prohibitively busy like other times of the day may be.
