Had such a lovely experience with Rukshana! She was great at explaining & showing what LA Fitness has to offer. I was at planet fitness for a while & I was paying the same amount that I’m paying here & there are sooo many more amazing amenities available to you! I am very thankful to have switched over & absolutely love that if I’m traveling I can find one in the area ♡

Coming back from Florida, I had been using an LA Fitness location down there, and when I returned home I had heard that the LA Fitness on Elmwood Avenue had closed. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was still open. As soon as I walked in, I immediately noticed a big difference — the cleanliness of both the locker room and workout area was much improved. I mentioned it to my neighbor, and he told me there was a new manager. On my second visit, I happened to meet the manager at the front desk and congratulated her on the excellent job she’s doing. I also made a suggestion about offering children’s learn-to-swim programs in the pool area, and she was very receptive to the idea. Great job overall, and congratulations on the positive changes at the Elmwood location!

The staff are always nice and welcoming. Every time I come in this gym they greet me with kindness. There is lots of space as well so you can workout and not feel as if you’re cramped next to everyone else.

New manager was rude and distasteful to my experience at la fitness I come here with my wife all the time and all of a sudden they want to ID and register my guest. She was rude and very passive aggressive about it. Maybe they should have managers take a customer service course so they can learn about how to treat the clients that pay for the salaries
