Amazing center! Amazing Teachings! The Buddha was the first psychiatrist and with a degree in psychology and having spent years in therapy, I can firmly state that the dharma represents the next step in self healing via our own vulnerability and authenticity. The dharma helps to transcend our emotional habits, leading us towards discovering our true nature so that we can find the courage and confidence to reach out and help others, right where we are . Trancendant authenticity wrapped in oridinary kindess. A healing baume in this chaotic world.
