22/01/26 Today I attended my first appointment at beauty therapy business ‘Cera Bloom’. The salon was bright, spacious & clean. It was warm, decor was pleasantly calm & the equipment was modern & looked in excellent condition (unlike the last place I attended!). The proprietor (Raquel) was a breath of fresh air! She made me feel relaxed & calm for my body & intimate waxing. Raquel was professional & extremely diligent - going the extra mile before, during & after my treatment- but still also very warm & friendly. A highly skilled therapist, a bright young woman with a mature soul & excellent work ethic - a marvellous experience all round! 🙏🏽 10/10 😃👍🏼
