I am from Chicago and my 2 nd time in Texas . Coming here is a must for and unique experience with excellent food and service. Joseph was amazing and environment was great. The manager Paulo came to our table many times to check on us . What an incredible experience .
We had an excellent waiter ( Steve) and all the other staff was very friendly and personable. They took time to listen to my kids silly jokes and be funny with them. Steve acted as if we were the most important customers he had ever had. I also saw him doing this with his other customers. This made for a great experience. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
Worst $220 I’ve spent at a steakhouse, Save your money and go to Brasao or Fogo de chao, as this steakhouse is a knockoff of the previously mentioned . Service was mediocre, plenty of staff however service was just bad. At the beginning everything was and looked good, when we were greeted and seated. Hostess and other staff seemed to care as we sat with my 3 young kids…. Best part of our night. The big let down, was our food, we were served thin slices of ribeye, picaña, and lamb, about 5 slices total, As I prepared to dig into the meat, the knife would not cut into the meat, upon close inspection, we found the meat to be extra cooked, charred. And the spots that seemed to be soft turned out to be all grease and fat from the slab. We waited for about 10 minutes before any staff came around to ask if everything was ok. We explained the meat was not edible, so they proceeded to ask what our desired temperature on our meat was; to which I expressed a medium rare would be ok. After waiting 15 minutes or so they brought out 3 cuts of meat, Ribeye, beef ribs , and lamb chops, I was delighted at first to see they looked better , however as I took the first bite into the lamb chop, I was let down immediately given there was no flavor, it tasted as if someone just threw it on the grill for 2 minutes , sprinkled salt and served it. Disappointed, I moved onto the beef ribs, which to my surprise were also undercooked , with noticeable bright red spots, which contrasted with the white plate they sat on. They had a significant amount of fat as the ratio of meat to fat was at best a 60-40, the lesser being meat. They were simply not appetizing to look at , and honestly were bland. They made more of an effort with the salt and pepper on the lamb chops. The last cut being Ribeye was also a let down. The meat was just not seasoned correctly same consistent bland taste , the only good thing on this meat option was the non existent fat. , I’ve been to similar places in the past, however this restaurant was just not at all what we expected for the price. I understand you can’t have top quality for a $220 dollar bill , however you at least expect to be somewhat satisfied. Management is poor here, and even though we had a tall heavy set , suited manager walk by our table on 2 occasions (aware of our complaints on meat), he excused himself with reluctance to address their poor service or food quality. The highlight of this experience was the Brazilian lemonade I ordered for my wife, it was great for the $10 price tag. Overall 2 adults 1-3 year old kid and 5 non alcoholic drinks came out to be a whoppin $195 usd Which I regret paying. $220usd with tip. I highly recommend fogo, brasao, saltgrass or even the jack in the box next door than this place. I hate to talk down on restaurants, as my previous reviews are mixed, however I do not recommend this place. To me this experience was the equivalent of the stroll of shame in the am. Woke up with so much regret. Never again.
This place is AMAZING. Not to mention, the pastas were awesome, customer service 10/10. Our server was aware of everything. Everybody is so nice there too! I would definitely recommend going there
It was our first time and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the meat could've used a little more seasoning but was cooked very well. Loved the different choices of cuts of meats & the buffet area
