The worst. I paid 400 for them not to repair anything but top cover chip.wifi can't even access. Don't think they even know what they are doing. I specifically asked them to repair chip and wifi antenna. Answer, these has always have wifi issues. Funny how that's not true

Dustin is friendly, always answers my questions, and addresses computer needs and is always on time. I very much appreciate all of the services that Data Doctors has to offer. It is so reassuring that they are always "there" for me virtually.

Dustin is amazing and genuinely cares! After days of dealing with PC issues, I took mine in to confirm I had a bad motherboard so I came to Data Doctors and was well taken care of. Dustin made it as quick and simple as he could and communicated with me through the entire process. Pricing and timeline were always very transparent, which I greatly appreciated, and he even went the extra mile to get my PC back to me and ready to go right before Christmas (ahead of schedule!). Sooo many headaches saved I could cry - I cannot thank these techs enough for their help and look forward to continued business. :)

Jim and staff are definitely 5 Stars! Data Docs has been maintaining my computer for many years. The Unlimited Service Membership is worth every penny and then some! I recently had to get a new laptop and they made the transition a Breeze!! They only had it for a few days to set it up for me and transfer my files!!! Do yourself a favor and get this service! Thanks, also to Keegan and Neil! Could not be happier with their service and computer maintenance!!

Sam and Jim have been extremely helpful to me in solving a series of issues with my 7-year old desktop computer. They stuck with me over several days and successfully resolved every issue, and now my computer is working as good as ever. They were very patient throughout the times it took to update my computer. I am totally impressed with their prompt responses to my phone calls and trips to their shop. I couldn't ask for better service, and I recommend their services to anyone that needs reliable action from a team like Jim and San.
