They showed up to my location promptly and completed the work in a short amount of time. Work seems to be well done. No problems and a courteous employee. It was good to have them come to my location instead of dealing with traffic and such, it was a nice option.

Porter was a badass! Got my phone fixed before my attention span ran out from sitting around phonelness. I had stickers on my phone that he was magically able to preserve when replacing my back and front glass. Phone works perfect and looks good as new. Overall amazing experience I hope anyone that gets their screen replaced gets the Porter!

It was a great experience. It was easy to schedule. The times were a bit limited but I was able to schedule a visit to my workplace. They sent me emails letting me know what to expect and on the day of, the tech called me to let me know he was on his way. It only took him 15 minutes to repair my phone and he did it in the back of his van. He was really friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this service if you need it.

Dropped my phone face down onto gravel, and a coworker stepped on it accidentally. Thought I would need a new phone, but the technician arrived and said it would be something he could fix. He not only replaced the screen and restored complete functionality of the fingerprint reader, but also went above and beyond with other replacements that were necessary and covered under the insurance. Couldn't be happier. Took less than 20 minutes and he came to my home. Brilliant.

I had a great experience at ubreakifix. My daughter’s phone had a decent size unresponsive spot on her screen, she couldn’t even put in her passcode. I thought for sure I was going to have to get her a new phone. The technician was optimistic that he could fix it and even mentioned it could be covered under warranty from a previous fix. Sure enough he was able to fix it and it was covered under warranty. Very happy with the service I received. Would definitely recommend.
