I had Amanda cutting my hair yesterday. She provided the best service, super friendly and gave the best head massage! I opted for front framing layers and although she didn’t know the name for it I described what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She provided her expertise advice too which made me fully trust her and I was super pleased with my haircut. Highly recommend:)
I was booked in with Charlie for a perm and cut - as I arrived I was late due to trying to find parking the staff were completely understanding and even helped direct me to the shop. Charlie was very good at his job before he did the hair he made sure he got a understanding of what I wanted and even advised what he thought would be good in order for me to get the best out of my perm. Very good experience. My hair was completely straight before these photos are after the perm
I had Japanese hair straightening treatment done and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My hair is very long and thick and Amanda spent nearly six hours working on it without taking a single break. She did an incredible job, carefully straightening every small section - it took her two hours just to straighten it alone - and even though her shoulders were hurting, she stayed so professional and dedicated throughout. The salon itself is lovely and everyone there is so welcoming. I’ll definitely be back in around eight months or so for a root touch-up when it’s needed.
I've been visiting Charlie's salon for many years, and l've always been happy with the service, but this was my first time trying balayage highlights. I'm so glad I did! Even with a tight schedule, Charlie managed to fit me in and spent the time to make sure everything was perfect. The entire process took about 5 hours, but Charlie's patience and care made it feel like no time at all. He really listened to what I wanted and the results are absolutely gorgeous! I'm thrilled with my new look and I highly recommend Charlie's salon to anyone looking for top-notch service in a friendly and caring environment. Thanks again, Charlie!
