I was very impressed with the professional service. Destiny was very easy to talk to and understood the look I wanted to achieve from our very nice consultation session. She worked out what type of hair I had and even managed to correct my hair that had box dye on! Truly skilled and multi talented ❤️ Best hair appointment I've ever had. Will definitely be going back without a shadow of a doubt!

I recently had my haircut done at Toni & Guy in Birmingham, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was high quality and exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was how personalised the service was. I had a mini consultation with Ben, which was one of the best consultations I’ve ever had. Instead of just doing exactly what I asked, he really took the time to understand why I wanted the cut. I originally came in wanting a wolf cut, but I didn’t have much knowledge about it. Ben asked thoughtful questions, explained things clearly, and used his professional judgement to suggest a style that would suit me better. I trusted him completely, and I’m so glad I did. It was very clear that Ben has years of experience he knew exactly what he was doing. When I saw my finished haircut, I genuinely got emotional because it looked that good. I had a wash, blow-dry, cut, and finish, which cost £82, and it was absolutely worth the price. I love high-quality, premium salons, and this experience delivered exactly that. The service, expertise, and results fully matched the cost. This is definitely my new go-to salon, and I will 100% be coming back. I highly recommend Toni & Guy Birmingham if you value quality, skill, and personalised service.

I had a haircut today at Toni & Guy Birmingham, done by Ashish, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! I walked in with no clear idea of what style I wanted — all I asked for was some face framing and left the rest to his creativity. And I’m so glad I did! Ashish transformed my hair beautifully while making sure it suited my face and overall look. On top of that, he took the time to explain how to manage and care for my frizzy hair, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was warm, professional, and far beyond my expectations. I walked out feeling lighter, more confident, and genuinely happy with the result. Highly recommend Ashish if you’re looking for someone skilled, attentive, and truly passionate about his work!

First Visit- We had to coverup the distance of approximately 1 hour to reach to the salon but it took almost 2 hours due to weekend & road closures. Of course, we were bit late to the salon for hair cut. Aashish not only understood the situation but also gave a very empathetic and respectful response to the situation which was truly appreciable. Aashish: Talented, Skilled, Detailed- oriented, Patient and Professional..!! Hair-Cut : Elegant, Flawless, Face- Flattering & Fresh..!! Keep it up ♥️🙌

I had a wonderful blow dry by Ash at Toni & Guy today! He was very gentle with my hair, and styled it perfectly. I also appreciated the helpful advice he gave for my at-home fine hair care routine. Highly recommend him! This will be always my go-to salon 🖤🖤
