Great overall, Tony is great for Men’s haircuts! Although once did have a haircut fail for myself, which is natural tbh (cuz to err is human). Ain’t holding it against them and will go there with my boyfriend again just for Tony!

A little bit disappointed I have been here once before and had no complaints, which is why I decided to come back again. I was served by Oceania—she was nice and styled my hair well. However, when I washed it today, my friends noticed that my hair hasn’t been cut straight and hasn’t been blended correctly. I’m disappointed that my hair wasn’t properly checked. She didn’t check the back of my hair or show me what it looked like either. I understand she had another client waiting with colour in her hair, but I felt a bit rushed. I was given my coat and scarf and sent off to pay. In the past, wherever I’ve been, I’ve always been asked to take my coat off, offered a drink, and given a higher level of attentiveness. Maybe this is something for the business to consider. I understand it was a busy Saturday, but it’s important to stay within the capacity and needs of the business to maintain service quality.

I had such a lovely experience! She talked me through everything step by step and explained what she was going to do before doing it, which really put me at ease. My hair looks absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I usually struggle with anxiety when getting my hair done, but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. It made such a difference.
