⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience at Chicago Chop House. The lobster appetizer was absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Our server, Nikolai, was excellent: attentive, friendly, and made the night even better. Great food and great service all around. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful date night at Chicago Chop House. The service was truly exceptional; our server, Nico, and the rest of the staff provided a level of classic, professional hospitality that is rare to find these days. As for the meal, the food was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes of the sides. While the menu is at a higher price point, the 40% Anniversary discount (valid on all food) made the evening an incredible value. Since I’m currently on crutches, we opted for a table on the first floor, which still offered a perfect romantic ambiance with great music. It’s a comfortable, high-end destination for any special occasion.

Ambiance of an historical place; photos of all Chicago Mayors and of historical buildings adorned the walls. White table cloths and candles. Service was impeccable the variety of meats and dishes were explained in great detail. I went early at opening so 4 pm there were not a lot of people there. Sammy stairs so if you have someone who needs assistance it maybe difficult. The steak was tender and had flavor. The fries was seasoned with olive oil and parsley with parmesan cheese. There were two types of lamb chops one which cost more than the other and the explanation was flavor however I could have gotten the cheaper ones I did not taste any difference from any other lamb chop. The broccoli was seasoned well. And we recieved a complimentary dessert due to the occasion. I love steak houses and this is surely in the top 10. Although there are others slightly higher on my list I would return. #chophouseQueen

Very wonderful dinner! Our server was Ilyana (apologies if it was spelled wrong) She was very educated on the menu and answered any questions we had about the steak/appetizers. She was also very attentive and smart when it came to timing each dish together. Pretty pricey but for two drinks, 1 appetizer, two steaks + two sauces, a side dish and a dessert (which was complimentary for a celebration) it was well worth the price. We sat on the second floor. Only complaint would be the noise. We visited on a Saturday night so it was obviously busy. There were multiple parties and they were VERY loud plus the music made it very hard to talk and sometimes hear our server. Wish the restaurant did a little better to accommodate the noise somehow. Besides that very nice experience, yummy tasting food. We would visit again- maybe on a slower day.

A swank old steakhouse. The staff were attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu and history. Joshua took great care of us while celebrating my wife's birthday. The personalized menu was such a classy cool touch that made her day!
