I have been with Matusich & Raich Property Management for about 19 years. I have had many different agents within the property management, but by far I appreciate the service I am currently receiving from Shelley Mitchell. She is now helping me to sell my townhouse and we have been in-sync the entire way. I highly recommend this property management and specifically Shelley. They are attentive to my tenants needs and works swiftly to resolve any issues and to transition from one tenant to another. They pay as much attention to my single family townhouse as they do to their Multiplex's. If I ever need their services again, I wouldn't hesitate contacting them.
