I found my dream home, it had 14 offers! I was underwritten in 4 days during Easter. We closed within 12 days of it being listed. We have bought and sold more than 6 plus homes with Mikala. I would not trust my assets with anyone else. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, has your best interest in mind- tactful and works with grace.

We had an incredible experience working with Joy to find our new home. From the very beginning, she was detailed, attentive, and dedicated to understanding exactly what we were looking for. Her deep knowledge of the market and keen eye for detail helped us explore all the best options and feel confident in every step of the process. Joy was patient, always willing to answer our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed. It’s clear she knows her stuff—her expertise and insights were invaluable in guiding us to the perfect home. We couldn’t be more grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone in search of their dream home!

My wife and i were introduced to Kip and Tamara by a friend 13 years ago when we were looking to buy our first home in Campbell. As first time buyers, we were extremely nervous and hesitant with all of the unknowns that come with Real Estate. With Kips years of being in the business and Tamara's staging ability and gift of understanding both buyer and seller, really make them a powerhouse team. Kip and Tamara recently helped us sell our Campbell home. It was a time when the market was begging to soften. It required an open mind and a lot of trust.. Selling or buying a home takes constant communication openness and honesty. Kip and Tamara are Real People that care for their clients and what is best for them. Much more than just Agents. Buying or selling Real Estate is difficult. But, Kip and Tamara really make it easy and fun. My wife and i can't recommend Kip and Tamara enough. i wish there were more than just five stars to fill out because they deserve more. Many thanks to you both, Mark and Kim
