Top tier equipment! They set themselves apart from every gym in the area with the quality of the gym equipment, let alone the customer service that their staff exemplifies! What makes the gym stand out even more is the climate that the gym embodies with the competitive athletes that train and the no nonsense attitude while you train! Brooke has really made something special with this gym and my only complaint is there isn’t one in the CDA area and Spokane Valley. Come check the place out and put in a a solid workout! Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Chrome is hands down the best gym in Spokane! I wouldn’t be where I’m at in my bodybuilding fitness journey if it wasn’t for Chrome! The facility is always well maintained and clean and the equipment is up-to-date and functional. There are a wide variety of machines and weights. There’s a dedicated powerlifting room and body building posing room which are my favorite aspects of this gym. On top of all that, the staff is extremely friendly, kind, and caring, and are there for any and all questions you may have. Thank you Chrome for being such a wonderful place to train!! 💪🏽😎

This is the spot! I’ve found my gym. I absolutely love everything about Chrome. There’s classic equipment that everyone knows/loves but also a ton of new fancy machines too. It’s a clean, inviting environment. The staff is great. They make you feel welcome right when you walk in the building and also extremely helpful if you have questions about the machines or where something is. The whole gym is incredible but what really brings it all together is their owner Brooke. She’s knowledgeable and caring. Whether you’re an athlete or starting your fitness journey. Chrome is a comfortable, safe place. I would highly recommend!

This is by The cleanest most well taken care of gym and Spokane. Not only is it run by a successful female Brooke, but it also has the closest community of gym rats I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to many gyms in Spokane and this by far my favorite. They also offer a personal training program which is amazing. Specifically I train with Falissitie, and she’s done wonders for my physical and mental health. Highly recommend 10/10

Chrome Fitness is such a great gym. The vibe is always good, everyone’s friendly, and it’s the kind of place where you actually want to show up and put the work in. It’s always super clean, and the equipment is quality everything works the way it should, and you can tell they really take care of the gym. Brooke, the owner, is incredible. She’s beyond knowledgeable and truly passionate about what she does. You can tell she loves helping people reach their goals and knows exactly how to adjust things to fit each person’s needs. She’s really in tune with her clients it’s like she knows what you need even before you do. She pushes you, motivates you, and makes the whole process fun. Every time someone asks how I’ve lost weight I tell them, “Body by Brooke.” haha! I’ve been to other gyms, but none have the same energy. It’s comfortable, motivating, and just feels like the right fit. Chrome is home!
