LOVE LOVE LOVE LAGREE! So far I have taken two classes and have loved the experience! I just bought the 4 class pack and I am so excited to continue with lagree! I was used to just strength training which I still do, but adding in lagree has been a game changer already with helping me with core control and slow, controlled and intensional movements! Highly recommend!

Just finished my 20th class and I am shocked at the results I have gotten since starting a little over a month ago. I have never been a workout girlie and I have never stayed consistent when joining gyms or other workout classes, but Shelby’s classes are addicting and have me excited for my next one, which is something I never thought I would say when it comes to working out. Shelby is such a great and encouraging instructor who pushes you, while also offering modifications based on experience.
