Three and a half stars. Very sweet and welcoming people. A place to learn Chögyam Trungpa's teachings when he helped introduced seated meditation to the west. But I wouldnt use Trungpa as a sole and primary source on general Buddhism because it will be awhile for you to get to issues like the 4 Noble Truths, Eightfold Path, etc. Also Trungpa was quite a character to put it mildly

I came in completely new with no expectations, and I truly had an incredibly warm and welcoming experience. As someone who has practiced meditation for many years, it was so beautiful to be a part of it in practice. The people were friendly and open, happy to ask questions and help me learn more. I will absolutely be returning. Thank you!
