I'm very happy with the job they do at Lakewood Music Academy. They're very responsible and patient with my daughter, Valentina. She started violin lessons two years ago and has developed a lot of confidence and discipline. The atmosphere at the school is great, and the teachers are very responsible! More that play an instrument, my daughter is developing character and learning to express herself through the music

We’ve had an amazing experience with Salene and Dan as piano teachers for our 9-year-old and 5-year-old. Salene is fantastic at tailoring lessons to our child’s progress, making learning fun and motivating. She’s patient, caring, and truly fosters a love for music. Dan is perfect for our younger child, using playful, engaging methods to keep him excited about learning. He’s gentle, encouraging, and knows exactly how to connect with kids! Both teachers create a personalized experience that makes each child feel supported and confident. We couldn’t be happier with their teaching and highly recommend them!

I decided to take lessons at Lakewood Music as a form of self-care. I wanted to use my time off to do something that brings me joy—and for me, that’s music. Of course, learning something new can come with its own set of challenges, and I worried it might not be as “joyful” as I imagined. But Meghan, my voice instructor, is an absolute delight. Not only am I learning, but I also find myself laughing so much during our sessions. It’s been such a wonderful win and a beautiful way to fill my cup!

We love it here. My daughter has made immense progress in a very short period of time. She had never played an instrument before and after a month of classes she can already play snippets of songs. She is inspired to create her own music now you. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Our 4 year old loves his music class! He was excited to go each week and had so much fun. He loves music so much so this was the perfect introduction class for him.
