I want to share my experience with the Mathnasium center my daughter attends because it has truly surprised me in the best way. Mrs. Aparna, the owner, is very easy to talk to and genuinely goes out of her way to help families. This was our first time trying Mathnasium, even though I had heard about it for years. I’ve taken my kids to other tutoring centers before, so I came in very skeptical. When I heard “personalized learning,” I honestly thought it might be another marketing phrase. I walked in with my guard up, ready to ask tough questions about what that really means. Aparna took her time with me. She explained the process, showed me how they assess my daughter, and how they target the specific gaps she has instead of just giving repetitive worksheets. The part that won me over was how they handle schoolwork. When my daughter is struggling with something from class, she brings in her homework and the tutor sits with her, explain it, and make sure she understands it. He is wonderful! On days she doesn’t have questions, she works on her personalized plan to close those learning gaps. It really is tailored to each child, but I only believed it once I saw it myself. Aparna is patient, supportive, and wonderful with kids. Her tutors are knowledgeable and truly helpful. I came in doubtful and prepared to challenge everything, and now two to three months later, I’m so glad I made the decision to try this center. When we first signed up, my daughter actually asked to go back to the tutoring center she had been at for over five years. She was not happy about trying something new. Today, if you ask her, she’ll tell you how much Mathnasium has helped her and how much she loves going there and learning math. I even questioned Aparna several times before committing. I asked what would happen if we didn’t like it or if my daughter hated it. She told me she would release us from the contract within a month if we were unhappy—no pressure. That level of honesty meant a lot to me. Here we are couple months later, still attending and honestly benefiting from it and we are LOVING IT! I’m truly happy we found this center.

I have been taking my kids to Mathnasium for several months now. My daughter is in the 4th grade and due to moving around a lot and coming from Miami she definitely struggled with the foundational skills in math- so basically everything was difficult for her. I cannot say this enough- MATHNASIUM ROCKY RIVER is absolutely tremendous! My daughter came home with 100% today and it’s not the perfect score that matters but what she said: “Mom, I really get it now” Mathnasium very reasonably priced, but hearing her say this makes it priceless. Worth every penny. Plus, she loves going; the owner Aperna is as lovely as it gets. Goes above and beyond for her students- they’re individuals and she knows each one’s needs. Couldn’t be happier.

Mathnasium has been a wonderful experience for our family! Both of our children attend, and we were drawn to the program because of their advanced math abilities. Aparna and her team have created such a positive, encouraging environment. The tutors are kind and skilled, and they truly make math fun. The center is always clean and inviting, and I love how they use rewards to motivate students, it’s a great way to build confidence and excitement around learning. Our kids come home proud of what they’ve accomplished, and we’ve seen their skills and enthusiasm grow. We’re so grateful to have Mathnasium in our community!

Mathnasium of Rocky River has been a great fit for our kids, who both show strong math abilities. Aparna and her team create a clean, welcoming space where learning is fun and rewarding. The tutors are excellent—engaging, patient, and skilled. Our kids genuinely enjoy going and love earning prizes for their progress. Highly recommend for families looking to nurture math talent.

Mathnasium has been a wonderful experience for our family. All of my kids love going — even the older ones who weren't initially so fond of math. I’ve seen such an improvement, not only in math skills, but also in handwriting and number recognition for my 6-year-old. The owners are truly lovely and caring people; they feel like family. They are positive and encouraging with the kids, yet know how to set boundaries and keep them focused. We feel so lucky to have found this place and will definitely continue with them!
