I’ve joined Club Pilates in two different states at different times. I always end up closing my membership. The classes are not challenging and the reformers are barely utilized. I think the company is so afraid of getting sued that they keep everything pretty easy. I’m not paying $200 a month to do mat pilates…I can do that at home. When I ask if I can increase weights for more resistance, the instructors get agitated. I don’t even break a sweat. Find a local Pilates studio that teaches real Pilates…these clubs don’t.
