I just started back with Pilates and there’s no place I’d rather go than Club Pilates on South Howard. This is because I feel like they have a variety of classes and are usually able to book the exact time I want . Michaela is my favorite instructor so far although everyone has been super amazing. I fine with Mikaela. She is very patient and thorough with her explanations of what we are going to be doing during each portion of the class.. She even comes around and gives little adjustments to people which I find very helpful. You can’t go wrong at the studio With any of the instructors.

I started Club Pilates about 8 months ago with one day a week. 4 months later I have bumped up to 2 days per week. I have found the classes challenging, therapeutic, energizing and fun. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, easy to talk to and alleys eager to help where needed. The changes to my body are noticeable, but what I am amazed at is the strength I have gained and the improvement to my mobility. I’ve loved doing Pilates at Club Pilates on Howard for 2 years now. I have spine issues and this is a workout that strengthens my core and has helped alleviate some of my pain. The studio is awesome w amazing instructors. Each class is slightly different and challenging. Michaela is AMAZING and always challenges us in each and every class!!!
