Michelle’s classes are upbeat and quick-paced. Her Reformer Flow 1 classes are great for those who like to continue to build strength as a beginner. They may be a fun challenge for new students or new students may find the pace through her flow movements a bit fast for them to maintain a correct position. Her classes are always exploring new equipment and new muscles to tone and train— great for those who want to stay out of a rut and find new muscles to strengthen.
Love the Shadyside studio! I split my time between Pittsburgh and Florida and Club Pilates has a plan that makes the transition seamless. Estelle, at the Shadyside studio, is an excellent instructor! Her routines are challenging but also logical and elegant. Her instructions are perfect. Highly recommend! And Brittany is becoming a fast favorite. I love her energy and creative routines. Time flies in her classes.
Kyra is an excellent Pilates instructor! She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to explain which muscles we’re working with each movement. She offers great modifications for both those with limitations and those looking for an extra challenge. Plus, her music selections make every class even more enjoyable!
I’ve been coming here since the end of January and it’s honestly been such a great experience. All of the instructors— Alexandra, Estelle, Brittany, Michelle, and Sarah—bring their own unique energy and style, which keeps every class fresh and fun. They’re all super encouraging, knowledgeable, and really take the time to make sure you’re getting the most out of each workout. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength and flexibility since I started, and I actually look forward to every class.
