I have been working from home due to Covid regulations, etc. My laptop started to overheat. I contacted Coltarus Halo and they were amazing!! They went above and beyond!! I needed it as soon as possible for work and it was Friday and they still counselled me on what to do as I had thought I may need to take into Best Buy since they are opened on weekends and the work my laptop needed was gonna take at least 24hrs. They totally understood but now I was gonna have to pay for a new diagnostic test from BB if I take in. They are not just gonna take my word for it. Lol. Not to mention the work was gonna cost a pretty penny. So I asked Coltarus if they could advise me on the specs if I start looking for a new one. I mentioned I don't mind a refurbished one. Julius went above and beyond!!! He looked up a reputable site and even found me one!! I purchased it! I was so pleased and impressed with their professionalism and true genuine interest in helping the customer.He offered to help me set anything up once it came in. I will go to them any time I have computer issues and trust they will do the right thing! Hope this review helps. They are a hidden gem and people deserve to know about their service!! 🙌🙌

During my wonderful 7 day cruise I soon realized that some of the photos I had taken during my trip were corrupted. After returning I contacted Coltarus regarding the issue and soon Julius was working hard to reconstruct the files.
