Turned my laptop in to get cleaned and inspected due to having a loud fan. Jacob got the laptop cleaned in less than 24 hours. Picking up the laptop he gave me advice about the common problems with my Mac and different laptops I can replace it with in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Jacob was professional, kind, and quick to resolve the issue. Initially, I took my computer to Best Buy for what should have been a simple fix, but they blamed a bad motherboard. I knew this wasn't the cause of my issue, so I looked elsewhere for someone that would understand the actual problem. Enter Jacob. I was a victim of the dreaded Battlefield 6 Secure Boot issue. Gigabyte B760I Aorus Pro board. I have a Cooler Master NR2 Mini pc, and even though I knew the fix, I could not work inside that small case. (I'm 6'5, 350 pounds, and my hands are too big.) I called up Jacob and explained the steps before I lost functionality, and he agreed that a bad board was not the cause of the issue. I detailed what I believe the fix would be, and in just a day, it was back in fighting form. After swapping in a CPU with integrated graphics to restore video and resetting the BIOS, my machine was back up and running with 0 data loss. Thank you again for fixing what the Geek Squad gave up on! P.S. Make sure you play Wolfenstein! ;)

Outstanding!! We were in a real mess with a business email issue. Called in the evening and Jacob was super helpful and knowledgeable. Given what we were trying to do, he said that it may be a project for him but if not, he would get someone to help us... and low and behold, he followed up in the same evening and got us all looked after with someone who specializes in what we were needing on the mail server. Jacob is super knowledgeable, helpful and very polite! We will be saving his information for our future needs... so highly recommended!! 😀 A very sincere and well deserved thank you! 👍
