To say I am a computer guy is saying it mildly, I have been doing my own custom builds every 3 years since the mid 90's. A few days ago my computer would not boot with a 02 BIOS code, and I could just not figure out why and what component was broken. So for the first time in my life I called a computer repair store, and I selected Computers.vegas. They were super communicative, calling to give me updates, and after 2 days they had it fixed. Luckily my motherboard had to be reset so no component was broken. They fixed the issue and they did not try to upsell me anything, which was my biggest fear going with a repair shop. I was super happy with their services, can only recommend.

These guys are great. My HP Omen 25L was not turning on and they had a diagnostic plus plan to repair the next day. Joseph was very helpful and kept me informed. Great pricing too.

If you need repairs this location does not do that. I emailed them asking about a GPU fan issue and they just hung up on me and not taking my calls. I used a second number and they answered. The person on the phone told me they only do full computer repair and when I asked what that means he asked my what I said in an aggressive condescending manner. This your typical computer shop. Worthless for anything other than data copy.
