I hired Joe to investigate a theft of $2,000 of my credit card points which were converted to gift cards without my knowledge or authorization. The bank wanted a consultant's report before they would consider restoring the points. Joe conducted a thorough investigation of my computer, asked me appropriate questions, identified and removed suspicious apps, and prepared a professional and detailed report of his work and findings. As a result, the bank has restored all the points to my account. I am delighted by Joe's expert and thorough efforts on my behalf.

It is awesome to know that there is a reliable, efficient, and competitively priced 24 hour computer service. Joe is more than just a nice guy, he is in a class all by himself. My experience was one call, the issue, the quote, and 2 hours later a resolution just before midnight as I was flying out the next morning. It isn't one of those places where you wait a month to hear something back. Joe is at the top of the game and I would refer him to anybody. THANKS JOE!

I couldn’t be more pleased with level of service and professionalism I received from Joe at Nice Guys. I run a small sign company and my vinyl cutter is a crucial part of my business and my machine is old and still works perfect but requires an old computer to do so, I was in a bind and Joe got me back up and running in less than 24 hours and didn’t take advantage of me considering I really needed help. I highly recommend him and his company. He’s my new computer guy and I consider him a friend as well. I felt better about my situation as soon as I spoke to him on the phone and he did not disappoint! Trust Nice Guys for all your computer needs. I’m taking him my Mac next to see if it can be fixed. Joe, the owner of Nice Guys technology is very professional and he values great customer service. He is efficient in the job he does and is a perfectionist on his quality of work. He also tells you like it is and is very fair in his pricing. My overall experience with Joe and his company was phenomenal. I highly recommend that if you have a computer problem or a home or office security issue (his other area of expertise) that you call him immediately to have a face to face. You might even get a chance to meet his precious son.
