I went to this gym for the first time this past Wednesday and right away I knew this is exactly what I wanted. The people there are very friendly and welcoming. The coach is technical but also very good at explaining the drills. The drills and exercises are good and suitable for all levels. Overall, a really good place if you want to keep in shape while also learn kickboxing techniques.

A great place to train with nicely equipped gear. Coaches were very accommodating for an out of town visitor looking to train boxing and Muay Thai, while schooling me on the local fight flavors. Coach Ed pushed me enough for a tough workout without pushing me over the edge. The combos were fresh and I learned a lot through the 1:1 sessions. Thanks so much coach! I’ll be back on my next visit to the Bay Area.

It was my first time learning how to strike, and all the coaches were super helpful they made it easy for me to really enjoy my first class. Everyone had great energy and made me feel comfortable right away. Coach Boogie was super welcoming and encouraged me to join the next Muay Thai pad work class, which made me even more excited to keep training here!

My homie has been training here for a while and I finally rolled through on his suggestion. The moment I walked in it was like I had been coming here forever. Everyone was super kind and inviting. It's been a while since I trained and the workouts are challenging and flow well. Exactly what I was hoping. The facility has everything you need to get the most out of your time there and a big bonus on the parking lot. The last thing you wanna stress about is if you can find parking, not a problem here. Looking forward to getting back into my old clothes LoL
