We had an incredible experience with Chef Dazore of Cooking in Details! This custom birthday cooking class was everything we hoped for and more. The bread was absolutely stunning and hands down the best we’ve ever tasted. The salad was simple yet packed with complex, vibrant flavor, and the puttanesca pasta was unforgettable. More than just the food, Chef Dazore was the entire vibe. The three of us were learning, laughing, and fully enjoying every moment. It felt less like a class and more like an experience you didn’t want to end—effortless, engaging, and so much fun. Thank you for making babe’s birthday such a blast—we’ll definitely be back!

Chef Dazore is so experienced in her field and she has the ability to teach anyone at any level. She is also kind, inclusive and a lot of fun! The 6 of us cooked a great meal, under her guidance and watchful eye, and then dined on the deliciousness!

I had the best time at my private lesson. Chef was kind and a lot of fun! She taught me knife skills with such patience. She explained spices and seasoning in a way that was easy to understand. I never knew vegetables could taste so delicious! It was a wonderful meal and I definitely plan on returning for more lessons!

We loved the class and really enjoyed all the learning that was instilled to our children. We can as a celebration to one of our children because he wants to be a chef. Appreciate all that you do and we absolutely plan on coming back not only for another kids class but for a date night couples class. See you soon!
