Euro’s Core Restore class is so incredible! If you’re feeling like you need a reset or want to create space or just breathe, then this is the class for you. His music, his voice and his energy took me to a place where I was able to surrender and let go, it felt so good. And turns out my body was craving it too. Thank you Euro!

A special mention goes to instructors Molly G. and Emma— their 6:30 AM C2 classes are the absolute best way to start the day. Their sessions are a perfect blend of gentle guidance and challenging sequences, with thoughtful vinyasas that skillfully open and close your muscles in a wonderful flow. These classes are everything you'd want from a morning practice. Paige's sculpt classes are truly life-changing. CorePower is awesome. Every class I get a great workout and learn something new. The teachers do an amazing job. They are always happy to help. I love that they correct your yoga positions in class or help you to get a deeper stretch. There are male and female changing rooms with nice showers inside. Yoga mats and towels are always available to purchase. My favorite instructors in downtown are: Pauline - C2 Dani - Sculpt, (although she kicks my butt every week) Leah - Sculpt Definitely try them out!

Wish I had the same studio at home! Just visiting for a couple of days; the staff was welcoming and friendly. The class had a great pace, music selection was on point, studio was very clean. The flow was easy to follow, it being my first class there. The teacher had great energy. Will absolutely visit again and anytime I am in Minneapolis!
