Vraj the associate was very thorough with the diagnostics to determine the root cause of my phone issue and equally expeditious in its repair. It was such a pleasant experience and I will most definitely come back should any other servicing issues arise in the future but will also recommend to others in need of repair. Well done!

My first time here smashed my iPhone XS Max screen and got it good as new, service was pretty good id give it 5 stars, so next time I smashed my screen I came here again. Second time though after the fix my screen started turning green, colours got random sometimes. Even with another attempt, still had some colouring problems. I could’ve take my phone to Pacific Mall and most likely I’ll be able to have my screen changed for slightly better quality but 50% of the price. I’m sure they do a good job with general repairs just be wary that occasionally screens aren’t what I expect for the price. Or maybe save yourself the hassle and get an anti-smash case ahead of time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service! I had such a wonderful experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair. Both Renisha and Vraj were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and so pleasant to speak with. They greeted me with a smile and made the whole process stress-free. A special thank-you to Renisha, who went above and beyond for me — she even stayed past her 5pm shift to make sure my phone was fully repaired, as it took longer than expected. Good customer service, Ash was honest, friendly and gave good background information on my needs. Although far from downtown, a new location on Danforth is open which is where I'll go in the future. Currently, only this location services Rogers insurance from Likewise.

I came here to repair my mom’s phone, which had a completely shattered screen. I honestly thought there was no hope of saving it or that it would cost a fortune. Thankfully, I was helped by Viraj , and he was absolutely amazing! He was so pleasant, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Not only did he get the phone fixed perfectly, but he also helped me pick out a good screen protector and a sturdy case to prevent this from happening again, all at a great price. I really appreciated how honest and kind he was, and how he went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. If you’re coming here, definitely ask for Viraj!
