Great service! Went in as my phone was not charging and a lot of people said that the charging port needs to be replaced. Sonali in the store took a look and cleaned my charging port which solved the issue. Quick and effective.

I brought in a Samsung phone with a swollen battery, and the experience at this location was extremely unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested from the start and gave vague answers to basic questions about repair options, cost, and timelines. It felt as though they were trying to get rid of me rather than actually help. What concerned me most was the complete lack of technical understanding. One employee asked if she could turn the phone on, and when she did, she left it running even though the battery was already unstable. She then casually suggested I keep it on for two hours while it "charges," without noticing that the battery was only around 40 percent and that I did not have two hours to waste battery power I needed for my data transfer. It was clear she did not understand how declining voltage, battery drain, or swollen lithium cells actually work. Even worse, the same employee pressed on the swollen battery with her fingers during the inspection. Pressing on a swollen lithium battery is unsafe and should never be done by anyone trained to handle hazardous components. When I reacted out of concern, she looked at me as if my reaction was unreasonable. That moment made it clear that my device and my data would not be safe with this team. Overall, the staff showed a lack of knowledge, a lack of care, and no urgency or professionalism in addressing a potentially dangerous battery issue. I left without trusting them to perform any service, and I would not recommend this location for anyone who needs competent technical repair work.

Repair worker attempted to fix an issue and instead damaged my phone to a degree it would no longer connect to wi-fi. Manager escorted me out of the store and provide no further consultation; despite my demeanor not being confrontational. I had requested further compensation but the manager threatened security would take me away. Very poor service. Would not recommend as their own mistakes become the responsibility of the consumer and not their workers/management. **Updated** Being asked to return to the store after being escorted out is a little insensitive. Please provide a private/discrete method of contact.
