I visited this store because my iPhone got water-damaged. As an international student, my English isn’t very fluent, and since I’m not yet used to living here, I was really anxious about the situation. However, the staff kindly assisted me using a translation app and explained everything carefully. In the end, my water-damaged iPhone couldn’t be saved, but they offered me a high-quality used iPhone at a very reasonable price. Thanks to their help, I was able to keep most of my data and even continue using the same phone number. I’m truly grateful to Manpreet and all the other staff members for their kind and patient support. Thank you so much.
