Great service! I had broken the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S10e and the guy ordered the party in one day and replaced it in just an hour. He also fixed the charging port that was not holding anymore the USB C cable, without charging anything more. And the price was very reasonable. Now my old phone looks and works like new. Highly recommended.

I came into this shop to replace my cracked iPad screen, but it turned into a frustrating two-week ordeal filled with issues and repeated trips back to the store. After two separate screen replacements, the exact same issue occurred—dead pixel lines appearing within an hour of installation. The first time, they acknowledged the problem and replaced the screen. However, when the same issue happened again, they suddenly refused to take responsibility. This time, they claimed there was an internal crack in the screen, but when I asked to see it in person, they never showed me any proof. Instead, they quickly offered a refund—but only if they removed the screen, which I regretfully accepted. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the shop owner gaslit me, claiming that because I didn’t call them immediately after noticing the dead pixels again, it was somehow my fault. This was despite the fact that I had never encountered display issues with my original screen, yet just an hour after receiving their so-called "repaired" screen, the same dead pixel lines appeared. They eventually offered me a refund—but only if they removed the screen, which I regretfully accepted. In the end, I walked in with a damaged but fully functional screen and left with a completely unusable device. To make matters worse, after taking my iPad to another repair shop, I was told that Fast Track Mobile Repair had removed essential internal wiring, making further repairs even more difficult. While their customer service was fine, their skill, honesty, and professionalism were severely lacking. I strongly advise against trusting them with your device. Absolutely avoid this place.
