After unhelpful employees at a major cell phone chain I was pointed to CPR. Kenny or Sam immediately diagnosed an easy solution. Little did all know we were walking thru a unique Christmas with cancer. Very grateful for this God intervention .

I went to CPR Cell phone Repair on a Sunday right before closing. My phone was totally dead amd not charging. Kenny was amazing. He took time to diagnose phone w bad charging port and got my phones wireless charging to work when it wouldnt work with my Verizon wireless charger. He then stayed after closing hours to make sure I had enough battery to get home. I purchased a wireless charger from him at a very affordable price..$15.00 !!!! I had gone to another national Cell phone repair shop and they weren't able to get phone to charge. I recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair to anyone needing help with their phone. Excellent service and pricing exceeding all expectations!!!

I paid over $200 to get my screen fixed and then two months later, the touch screen stopped working. It did not get wet or drop. I took it in to get it fixed again, and they said I would have to repay full price.

Kenny at CPR Cell Phone Repair on Chimney Rock was amazing. My elderly mother's flip phone broke and she wanted an identical replacement. I was able to find one at Best Buy but had problems transferring the SIM card from the old to new phone. Kenny was able to accomplish this and get the new phone up and running quickly. He did this all at no charge! I certainly appreciated his help, and my mother is very happy. A five star experience for sure. Thank you!
