I can't say enough great things about Dallas Roadside Assistance! I was stranded on the side of the road near downtown Dallas with a flat tire, and I was completely stressed out because I had no idea what to do. I called their team, and they were so friendly and professional from the start. They arrived incredibly fast (way quicker than I expected) and took care of my tire in no time. The technician was super polite, explained everything he was doing, and made sure I felt safe the entire time. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to help. If you’re ever in a roadside emergency in Dallas, I highly recommend Dallas Roadside Assistance. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth and easy experience. Price is not consistent and can change each time called. Cost can vary and can increase afterward without additional work. The guy who picked up the phone was rude. He got more rude and agitated when I asked for the price. The guy who came out to assist charged even more than what was mentioned over the phone. He charged about $250 for 5-7 min work. He tried to justify the cost by saying that calling in alone for assistance is about $150. They give the customer no choice but to pay since the price increase was not mentioned until after the work was done. The cost is much more than what was quoted over the phone. They seem to be more focused on collecting money while lacking competency and professionalism.

Sam was amazing! He came out to us quick, and instantly started helping us in the rain. Quick, efficient, and super nice! I recommend him to be sent out whenever someone needs help. Amazing customer service and experience!
