They are very rude, they serve super badly, The girl who attends speaks English and Spanish, If you go alone to pick up an order they ignore you until they want so they are not doing anything they just have you standing there because they want they don't want to attend to you!! The truth is very bad service, the food is very tasty but the employees are very bad

What happened? Food quality has gone down. Had bacon and it was so hard....returned it. 2nd serving looked better but you couldn't even chew it. Service was poor. Each time I've been, no French brewed coffee and I don't mind waiting for it, but I have to keep getting up to go ask if it's ready and staff look at me like "Huh?" I've given up. Not the Le Madeline I use to remember.

Update: finally returned after 2 yrs. 3/19/26. We enjoyed another splendid breakfast. Very hardworking and friendly staff. Less than 10 seconds after walking through their front door, we realized we had found a special breakfast place. Makaylie greeted us at the counter, and immediately her enthusiasm and personality drew us in. (we later realized she was the manager). The goodies display was beautiful, almost overwhelming in offerings, but Makaylie worked us through the delightful offerings. We ordered our main breakfast entrees, with checking back on the baked goods later our plan. My wife chose the Ham and Swiss Crepe and Potato Galette, and I chose Strawberry Nutella Crepe. All were fantastic, and we enjoyed them near the beautiful fireplace. We had no room in our stomachs for pastry goodies, so tomorrow morning we’re planning on returning and buying numerous yummies for ourselves and friends back home, simple 3 1/2 hr drive up into Colorado. la Madeleine far exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it!
