We placed a dine-in order, sat at a table with our order number, and waited. After noticing that other customers who ordered after us were receiving their food, we asked about our order. To our surprise, the staff could not locate it and said they would remake it. After waiting even longer without receiving anything, we asked again and were told our order had mistakenly been marked as “to-go.” The cashier who took our order avoided eye contact and did not offer an apology. It took a total of an hour and a half before we even received our drinks. When our food finally arrived, items were missing from both meals. Throughout this entire situation, Blue was the only staff member who made our order a priority and genuinely tried to make things right. She personally brought out the missing whipped cream and strawberries for my crepe, as well as the missing croissant from my husband’s meal. Unfortunately, due to the excessive wait time, multiple errors, and lack of accountability or apology from the cashier, we will not be returning. We do, however, appreciate Blue’s effort and professionalism during an otherwise very disappointing experience

I ordered a croissant and an Americano. My Americano came out and this is how much I got, maybe about 2-3 sips. Had to get it remade and got maybe half of the cup the second time. Croissant came out about 20 minutes later and was average. We watched a worker rudely snap at another worker while we waited for our order to come out. The fireplace is nice.

Always amazing food! Amazing creme brulee! Great atmosphere! The staff was friendly and on point! Perfect place for any occasion! The fire place is amazing for the ambiance

This was a nice place for a early morning date. The coffee and mocha were really good the mocha wasn’t too sweet. I had simple dish with tomato soup. The soup was good had a little bit of tang to it. The bacon bon bon was really good

This is the best little restaurant we’ve been too in awhile. Very quaint, Miss Noelani is so wonderful! She is kind, friendly, helpful and does so very much on the front line. I didn’t see a manager while dining I would have really like to recognize Miss Noelani for her amazing service. The food was perfection, coffee was fresh and hot, fireplace was so inviting. The cook was so busy in the back, pastry chefs hard at work also. We will absolutely come back and bring our family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
