We started with the duck wings, which were fantastic and the fries with an aïoli sauce and the hush puppies with a Chimayo red chili and honey. I ordered the desert flour and it was fantastic cocktail topped with an egg White. I felt like we were in a different city. It’s so rare to have such great service and fantastic food.!! My son went with the lobster sliders! You can’t go wrong

Another trendy, overpriced restaurant in Nob Hill with tiny portions. They have a very limited, difficult to read menu, which wasn't accurate. The po-boy is advertised as having the fish of the day in it, but the fish of the day was salmon... It turns out, that the po-boy is, unfortunately, always made with deep fried oysters. The red sangria was pretty good, but waaaay overpriced at $15.

After I was seated I had to flag down a waiter after waiting for about 6-7 minutes. The waiter was polite and made item suggestions. Menu items looked very intriguing. We went for Sunday brunch. We tried the chicken bites in red chile butter with popcorn and waffles. It wasn't bad, just not great either. The lobster deviled egg was overcooked and again not bad, just not great. we also tried the pecan pancakes with a maple bourbon syrup and the blackberry and lemon zest pancakes. Both of these were great! Sadly, my friend ordered a coffee which was served in a coffee press. How the waiter couldn't tell that the water wasn't even as warm as what would come out of a tap is beyond me. They hadn't been doing brunches very long so that may explain the "gaffs". The pancakes were good enough I will give it another shot and probably also try dinner sometime.

I had a fantastic experience at Mission Winery. The staff was genuinely excellent—welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable, which made the visit feel special from beginning to end. Our waiter, Oliver, was especially wonderful. Oliver was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made great recommendations that elevated the entire experience. The General Manager, CJ, was also amazing—engaging, professional, and clearly passionate about creating a memorable atmosphere for guests. The wine was absolutely delicious, and every pour was thoughtfully selected and explained. The food was just as impressive. I tried the long pasta with Bolognese sauce, the crab artichoke dip, and the green chile smash burger with fries seasoned in Old Bay. Each dish was flavorful and well-executed—the dip was rich and addictive, the pasta was hearty and comforting, and the smash burger delivered great green chile flavor without overwhelming the rest of the plate. To top it all off, the lemon blueberry cheesecake was outstanding—bright, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with just the right touch of sweetness. It was the perfect finish to an already incredible meal. Overall, Mission Winery delivered an exceptional combination of great wine, amazing food, and outstanding service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed but elevated dining and tasting experience—and I’ll definitely be returning.
